Biography
Allen Wu is Managing Director of Krypton Fund Services. He spearheaded the firm’s expansion into Asia, establishing its operations in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. He leads Krypton’s regional business, serves as the senior point of contact for clients across APAC, and works closely with fund managers from initial discussions through to fund launch.
Allen brings 14 years of experience in the alternative funds industry, having worked with global and mid-sized fund administrators including Citco Fund Services, Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services, Apex Fund Services and MUFG Investor Services.
Prior to Krypton, Allen led the Client Integration function at MUFG Investor Services in Singapore, overseeing new fund launches and administrator transitions. His experience spans multiple asset classes and the core functions of fund administration, bringing a practical understanding of fund operations to the way Krypton supports its clients.
